DIY : Layered Chain Necklace

A quick and easy DIY Tutorial on how you can make your very own Layered Chain Necklace. 

 

Materials You Will Need:

• Pliers
• 1.5m Of Chain (Bunnings)
• 20cm Of Jewellery Chain (Dollar Store)
• Links (Dollar Store)
• Clasp Closure (Dollar Store)

Step One
Using your pliers cut your chain according to how long you would like them.
My measurements were:
Chain 1#  50cm
Chain 2#  20cm
Chain 3#  20cm
Place the chains on how you would like to attach them.

Step Two
Using your pliers cut two lengths of your jewellery chain according to how you would like them.
My measurements were 10cm each. 

These will be attached to each end of your longest piece of chain that you had cut in Step One (these are used for closure).

Step Three
Using your links join your chains together. 

Step Four
On the end of one of your Jewellery Chains, use your pliers to attach your clasp. 

Step Five
On the other Jewellery Chain, use your pliers and attach a link - This will be used for your clasp. 

Yay! You're done!
