New Year, New Years Resolution.

Whenever you experience a whole year you reflect and end up with a bunch of different resolutions and goals. Of course I've always had "New Years Resolutions" but they never seem to follow through. So for 2013 I have made reachable and realistic goals, that so far I haven't dropped.

  • Explore and cook different dishes. To do this I have followed a friends idea of cooking one new recipe per week.
  • Have more health awareness. Being a stay home mum has given me more control of what goes inside my families mouths. I now eat better, we take vitamins, I take walks every second day when Mr Pham gets home and every day I do a five minute work out video I got recommended to on youtube.
  • Read more often. With the limited time we have as mothers and wives I've made it realistic enough to have one new novel per month.
  • Travel and see the world. Now this is something Mr Pham and I had always wanted to do, even before we had Maddy, and we hate it when single people always say "You can't travel with a baby" and "A baby ties you down", we don't want to hold Maddy to that and look at her later in life as a burden. Now we know it's a difficult goal and one that can't be achieved in a years time. But starting from 2013 Mr Pham and I decided to have a family destination at least once a year. This year we start with South Korea (woo!).
I feel that this years resolutions will work out very well - a positive start is a good start right?
I feel that they are all achievable knowing my lifestyle and how lazy and determined I can actually be.

See you all very soon,
xoxo Vanessa
